Very solid choice for those looking for a clean and comfortable spot to stay near the train station. Extremely quick walk from Rome Termini, and I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to in Rome from here. Polite staff, room was clean, and the bathroom was simple but serviceable and stocked

Lovely place to stay. The air conditioning is ICE COLD which was truly heavenly during the 100 degree days where most places have poor / no AC. Comfy bed. Very easy check in. Great staff. I had a great stay here and definitely recommend to anyone

The location is excellent and close to everything in the city center and close to the most important landmarks, 15 minutes walking to the Colosseum. Despite of its location and my room been next to the hotel entrance, it was very quiet, I was able to relax and slept very well. Everything was great; specially the excellent customer care and service they provide. A big THANK YOU to the lovely Caterina who waited for me to complete my check in and provided assistance on everything and to the last minute of my stay. I highly recommended Hotel Orlanda and its amazing staff.

The large family room was great. The shower got hot and the restroom was clean. The cotton sheets were clean and felt really good. Plenty of channels on the tv and wifi worked. The continental breakfast was sufficient to get going in the morning and the attendant was helpful and pleasant. Marco and his brother were very attentive. I would stay there again. The elevator was useful for luggage and on days where we'd already walked enough. Obese people would have a hard time getting up and down and may overwhelm the elevator. The air conditioning worked well too as it was hot during our stay in Rome.

Hotel Orlanda's staff, particularly Christina, provided outstanding service during our stay. From helping us find the right charger connectors to cleaning up a broken wine glass, Christina was always willing to lend a hand. She even booked a taxi for our departure to Milan, making our stay at Hotel Orlanda truly stress-free and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

I needed a last minute stay close to Roma termini before returning and this place did not disappoint. It's located a very short/easy walk from the station, on a 3rd floor (*so an American 4th floor) with multiple other smaller hotels across the building behind a Secure common ground floor door, which made everything also feel safe. There is an elevator (great!) and the Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The AC worked great (was so hot!) and you even get a real Window looking down the street. You can even opt for Breakfast for just 5 euros, which I loved before having to checkout. Would totally recommend and will book again if I want to stay close to the train station.
