We were welcomed immediately upon arrival, with assistance with our bags. The staff was helpful from start to finish, arranging transportation, providing food and sightseeing recommendations and handling our bags to and from our rooms. Rooms were spotless and a/c was clutch. The location was perfect as it was a short walk from the Trevi fountain and plenty of walkable shops and restaurants nearby. I would recommend this place to all visiting Rome!

The Hotel Hiberia is centrally located, making it easy to walk to any of the tourist sites. The staff were very helpful and service-oriented. The hotel is basic, nothing fancy, but adequate for your needs. The breakfast wasn't worth the price, and we found better options at the local restaurants.

Beautiful hotel and a very nice area. The bed was comfortable, the ac worked great and our room was gorgeous. The host was friendly and very helpful. The drinks were refreshing and the coffee was delicious. We loved the location and how easy it was to get everywhere, especially The Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. I had the most delicious gelato and pistachio croissants near our hotel! We loved our short time there and would definitely stay again.

Hotel staff was amazing. The best service I have ever had location perfect 10 minutes from the Colosseum 15 minutes from all the local shops two minutes from pasta an excellent place to stay highly recommend I will return.

We highly recommend this hotel! We loved every part of it! The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. Raphael was the man we spoke with the most, so helpful, welcoming and friendly. We loved the hotel restaurant. Very convenient and the food was delicious. The location is very central to a lot of the monuments and very walkable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the view we had was amazing! We would love to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to others! Thank you!
