We absolutely enjoyed this property

Absolutely beautiful hotel and incredibly curated decor. Perfect location with quick access to Trevi fountain and walkable to pretty much everything, but tucked into a quieter nook of the histrionic town. Breakfast buffet is incredible and many options. In room bar fridge is well stocked with water and non alcoholic beverages at no additional cost (which we appreciated given this hotel was not inexpensive!). Staff are pleasant and helpful except for one of the ladies at reception who never got...

Hosts are absolutely lovely people. Went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. Very passionate about what they’re doing with the location and it shows. The room itself was clean, had everything we needed, and was comfortable. A shared kitchen space, that we were lucky enough to be the only ones using, was not expected but a nice change of pace. Several items provided including all kitchen wares necessary. Area is in the countryside, so not much around. Easy to use...

Fantastic value. In the heart of the vibrant Trastevere. Super staff: very helpful and pleasant beyond words. One caveat- if you're in a separate apartment, as I was, be aware there's an adjacent restaurant that is active to midnight but the apartment is large and the stocked fridge more than makes up for any noise "issue."

A wonderful spot to stay by the coast. The owner is lovely and helpful. It’s out of season so limited food options. Still everything you could need is within a 10 minute walk (resto, groceries, etc)

It would be very easy to start listing superlatives but it would still be insufficient and not do justice. The Villa Erasi Guest House exceeded expectations in every way to make sure that everything was perfect. I will leave this review with one word - WOW!

Was exactly what we needed for our stay before we went to the airport.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed. Just as advertised. I would definitely stay there again

Wonderful little hotel for before our cruise. Rooms are large and clean. AC works great. The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel provided us shuttle service from the airport, to the cruise terminal and from the terminal to the airport after our cruise. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

A quick overnight stay prior to flight from FCO Rome . Checkin was smooth . Patio was good to relax in the evening. Tried a bottle of their wine for €6 and got a great takeout Pizza from Pizza Alla Pala L'Artista in Cerveteri Missed out on the included “free breakfast” as it was not ready for 8am

Very clean room, friendly and helpful staff and a very large breakfast selection.

The room was enormous and very clean. The staff were very kind, breakfast was very good and well served.

Property was very clean and tidy. Close to the nice beach!

It was a little bit tricky getting access to the unit as my wifi was not great and we arrived earlier than anticipated but the host was awesome and got us is into the room remotely. I loved the bathroom, very well laid out and we also enjoyed spending time on the patio with the sun and cool breezes. There was also lots of coffee and bread available and beds were comfortable, very nice layout. Helpful idea would be to have more dish cloths or paper towels for kitchen

Room very comfortable and well equipped. Minor problem with airport noise, but can’t be helped if you want to stay close to airport.
