« My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, spices, dishes, etc. Quiet neighborhood with nice property grounds. We would stay there again. Enjoyed watching the birds with my morning coffee! (See photo) »

« This house was fabulous and perfect for our large family. Everything we needed was all at the house, from the large kitchen to all of the bedrooms with bathrooms. The large dining table was a nice way to have our family dinners every night, with lots of talk about the days adventures.This house was ideal for 14 adults and 4 little ones. If I could give more than 5 stars for this house, I would, and we are planning on coming back next year. »

« The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion. »

« This wonderful home had everything we needed for our family vacation. The pool was just beautiful and we enjoyed the fire pit every night. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The washer/dryer was so convenient and the kitchen was very well equipped. A five star experience for sure!! »

« We had an amazing stay in York! The house was comfortable for our family of 5. We walked to the beach and downtown easily with our beach gear, sometimes a couple times a day. My daughters and I left from the house and ran a 3.4 mile loop to the Nubble Lighthouse and back, so many beautiful views! We also rode our bikes the same loop to see the area at sunset and had ice cream at Dunne’s before heading back. We found a great coffee place to walk to, and an ice cream place (in Wells) that...

« We had a great stay overall! The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the property itself was amazing – clean, comfortable, spacious, and very quiet. We had read some comments about bugs and cleanliness issues, but in our experience (mid-August) the house was literally spotless, and we didn’t see a single bug. That said, we were a bit disappointed to find that some of the main amenities advertised were not available. The swimming pool and spa were both empty, and the fire pit was blocked off....

« Dylan's place is really the perfect location. Just far enough away from the beach to be quite at night all while still being a short walk to Long Sands. Everything needed to complete our stay was there, even stuff for our 2 1/2 year old. Our trip covered five generations with ages from our son up to our 93 year old Grandmother.
