Enjoy our 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath newly updated home that is located on a private road. An open concept, bright and sunny home that includes a laundry room, deck with grill where you can enjoy dinner and drinks with your family while the kids play outside on a private dead end road with no thru traffic. Its great for the kids to ride bikes and play catch. The home also has an outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Each bedroom has cable TV. There is free WiFi in the house. It comfortably sleeps 8\. The driveway fits 4 cars. The home is just a short 5 minute walk to the bath house on Long Sands Beach. It is also close to the downtown area and Short Sands Beach. It is conveniently just a 10-15 minute drive to the Kittery outlets, downtown Portsmouth, NH and The Ogunquit Playhouse. Mike, the host, was so proactive in his communication with us that we felt welcomed before we'd even arrived. Once we got to the unit we were even more impressed. First off, the location is amazing. Just minutes from anywhere you'd want to go in York. If you open the windows you can hear the waves. Second it's just such a cozy place! The beds were all super comfortable. The couch in the living room is among the comfiest I've ever sat on. The kitchen is well appointed and clean.
