Lovely and clean room with a water view. However I booked this hotel to enjoy the indoor pool and it was so cold it was un-swimmable. I complained to staff who acknowledged that this is an on-going problem. That should have been disclosed upon booking. I paid for an amenity that was not available.

Staff was great. Hotel was within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants which was wonderful. Definitely would go back.

The hotel is in a perfect location, easy self-park as well. The guestrooms were comfortable and quiet. The staff was nice mannered however a bit disengaging with guests.
