Otherwise you can walk almost anywhere from our spot. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. Our eldest son just moved to the Portsmouth area so we spent a week there getting him settled. Our host was helpful, informative and extremely friendly. This beautifully decorated home is in a great location close to all the action downtown. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay (restaurants, bars, CVS, ice skating rink, etc.) was just minutes away by car. We even spent one afternoon in Southern Maine, which was right over the bridge. We'll be visiting Portsmouth lots from hereon in. And when we do, this house will always be our go-to. Highly recommended for all the right and just reasons. ##### Joe M. The house is cute and it’s a short drive to downtown Portsmouth. There was also a pack n play and activity center for our little one at the house which was super convenient. It was easy to get everywhere in the West End neighborhood and a very short drive to downtown Portsmouth. The rooms seemed even bigger in person than in the pictures and the house was clean and well kept. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The fenced in yard is a huge plus as a pet owner! We brought our toddler on the trip as well and the indoor space was perfect. Easy to block off the stairs and lots of room to safely run around! We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in the area! ##### Brianne G. The fenced-in yard was unkept with leaves and debris in it making it unsuitable for our dogs. This house should not be rented out and definitely not for the price they requested. ##### Lydia P.
