« Great property, accommodated 3 nicely. Lots of amenities (bikes, hammock, beach chairs and deck chairs) all very convenient to access. Location was great! Easy access to beach; good views of the ocean which could be heard throughout the home. Initially there was a modem issue which the owner promptly resolved. We were very happy with our choice to stay here! »

« Pros: -close to beach- the little path shown in pictures is not how you get to the beach. You walk through A clearing in the bushes and then you get to the paved access road. It’s about a five minute walk. - The beach was not crowded in that area at all. And lifeguards were close by because of the campground next-door. - fairly quiet and secluded. NOTE: while it was disclosed several clicks into the property description, we didn’t read that deep to see that bedsheets and towels were not provided. We assumed, based on the price point, that these items would be included. Despite this lack, we would both definitely re-rent This property. »

« This one room cottage is cute and in a great location with close beach access. Storage is limited so pack lightly, but the sitting area has seating options and the kitchen has all the basics. For my husband and I and our rescue hound it was a great space to crash after exploring the outer banks and chillin' on the beach. »

« We originally planned for this to be a family vacation with nieces, nephews, grandparents, pets etc. It ended up just being my mother and I and our two dogs. And it was awesome! The house is in a great location. Walking distance to the ocean. The area the house is in as well as the beach were incredibly clean. We didn't see any trash anywhere. The house itself was perfect. « My daughter, niece and I stayed for two nights. What a cute space. Plenty of seating to be in the living room. Bedrooms were quaint. Loved looking out the front and seeing the water. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. Patrick was very responsive to my texts and very pleasant. Would recommend for no more than 4 people based on size. Recommend. »
