« I checked in and they said I had two reservations, they said I would have to cancel and rebook at a higher price. After a discussion, I showed them my reservation and they said that was ok. I got to my room, TV didn't work and when I went to take a shower there was long clumps of hair in various parts of the shower. Not a little, a lot. I went to the front desk and they changed my room to the next one over. The toilet paper roll wasn't there and the front part of the bathroom counter was...
