Only there for one night with family. Front desk was very accommodating and easy to work with.

We recently drove up from Virginia for a trip to Cedar Point and stayed at this hotel – and from the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Rebecca, the shift manager, gave us a warm greeting upon check-in and even followed up shortly after we got to our room to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if we needed anything else. That level of courtesy really stood out. During our stay, there happened to be a baseball team staying on the same floor, in the room right next to us. Honestly, we were amazed at how quiet and respectful the group was! Even when they had a late-night pizza gathering in the lobby that went on until 1am, it was contained, cheerful, and never disruptive — a real testament to how well the hotel manages its guests. At checkout, Art at the front desk was equally professional and polite. He took the time to ask how our stay was and genuinely seemed interested in our experience. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our stay — from the hospitality to the peaceful environment. Clean, spacious rooms, nice staff and a short drive to Cedar Point.

Heard music all night long our first night. Housekeeping made our bed but somehow didn't move a pillow. Took all our towels and didn't replace them. Breakfast was the usual buffet. Someone needs to clean up the bird poop by the front entrance.
