"Staff was excellent. Good customer service. Pool was great, not too cold but refreshing. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Shower pressure was fabulous and got super warm. However the room was wet & damp! We had the AC running the whole time at 67-69 and it didn’t help get rid of the dampness and musty. Our suits wouldn’t dry even when hanging them up in front of window by the AC, took over 48hrs. Luckily we brought two. The food we had in room, like cookies and crackers got squishy and soggy over night b/c it was so damp. The floor was wet & the bed was moist. Overall though, honestly it wasn’t bad stay and the good hospitality made up for it. We weren’t in the room much so it didn’t break our trip but it would’ve been nice to not have stuff ruined."
