"Cute place in a great location next to the beach. It smelled strongly of cleaner, but I’m just sensitive to smells and we were able to air it out. The bed was also comfortable and it was quiet at night."

"We had never stayed at this property before, and because of that we’re unsure of what to expect, but we couldn’t have been happier with this experience.The yard was completely fenced in, which gave us so much comfort to let our dog and small children run around freely. The back patio was perfect for sitting around watching the sunset.The beds were comfortable for each of us, everything was clean, and the host was incredibly generous with nice little check-in amenities for us and our dog.The beach access was perfect and direct. We love this area of Rockaway because it’s less crowded, so it felt like the beach was all our own.We can’t wait to come back in the future when we are able to. If you’re looking for a great, quiet space with good views and beach access, this would be a great option."
