Inn at Haystack Rock

"I like places that have character and this certainly fit. The room was clean, however the smell of bleach was overwhelming when I first arrived. The location was great, easy walk to restaurants, shopping, as well as the beach. The parking was super convenient however very tight. Mine was one of the smaller rooms, but I can't imagine staying in it with another person. I did have concerns about security. There were two outside doors at either end of the room. One had a glass window that was covered with blinds, but was not very secure. Would have been easy for someone to cut or break the glass and reach in and turn the knob. Looked like there used to be a deadbolt there and I'm not sure why it was removed. The other one was very close to the bed and had a peephole that was not covered and had a glass decorative arch at the top which was also not covered. It was very high up but someone very tall or standing on something would have been able to look right in at you in bed. But overall I had a great stay and enjoyed the facility."

"This place is adorable! It's a half mile walk to the beach and food/shopping area. The entry point is a little tricky IMO and the office is marked by a sign with a vine over it. The bed is comfortable. Spacious room. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again. Very neat place."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this cozy house! It’s the perfect size with amazing views. Everything was great, love the heated floors in the bathroom and letting the windows open to fall asleep to the waves! Will definitely stay here again."
