"Close to beach. Nice Bed. Large Jetted tub. Convenient location. Stained Carpet. Staff a block away. No beach view from hotel. No real amenities except for gas fireplace in courtyard (but weather in Cannon Beach does not lend itself to outside sitting in evening). Small balcony (no view as overgrown with bush). Leaves and debris on balcony needs to be blown clean for each new quest arrival, it would take only a minute. Call needed to request room cleaning and towel replacement service. Should happen everyday for a $400-$500/night room."
