"I loved have close it was to city walk. Lines were long at the end of the close but still super quick to the hotel. "

"I had a very frustrating experience here. When we checked 8hrs before check out we were charged twice because our original reservation was apparently canceled during a shift change since we didn’t check in at 4 PM and instead arrived around 3 AM. Staff told us one of the charges would be refunded and gave us a different checkout date. Which was a total LIE Later we went to Volcano and when we came back, we were locked out of our room. When we went to the front desk for help, we were told we had to pay an additional $35 just to get back in and retrieve our belongings. While the employee said her manager wanted her to call the cops. This was extremely inconvenient and felt very unprofessional, especially since the situation happened because of their employee and shift change apparently. Overall, the situation was handled very poorly and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I would not recommend staying here."

"This hotel needs a massive renovation! It's old and run down, probably was new about 35-40 years ago. You can move the shower head arm around in the wall, and the tubs are cracked. It took 20 minutes to get luke warm water. On the upside, the staff was wonderful and the free breakfast was great! The bar needs to open new bottles of wine every 5 days or so. "

"STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Unless you like cockroaches and unprofessional staff. I woke up in the morning and when I went to the bathroom there was an ENORMOUS cockroach running around in there, it scared the daylights out of me!! To make things worse, the hotel staff seemed not to care at all. I asked for the manager to call me. Nobody called. I told them that nobody called and asked AGAIN to have someone call me. Finally after a few hours, the manager called me and offered to move me to a different room. That's it?!?!? No concession or anything. I was absolutely astonished that they didnt offer me a discount or reimbursement or even a small gesture gift or anything. WOW! I will never stay here. The entire hotel is run and owned by Indians and although Indians are typically the absolute nicest people, this hotel was the most disappointing and disgusting. "

"My favorite place to stay when I am in Orlando. Great staff, clean, lots of food options inside and around the hotel. Spacious rooms and my daughter enjoyed the game room. "
