Very limited and dangerous parking options, no acceptable heating or A/C; everything in the unit was outdated, almost non-existent WiFi; no viable tv, bed sheets looked like they had been slept in; refrigerator did not cool properly, not enough hot water to take a shower; very loud plumbing- family showering or using the toilet kept me awake. I did not feel safe. No outside light/ tiny windows. Room needed to be vacuumed and dusted. Too close...

« I called to confirm the reservation. In the midst of a heat wave, I lightly commented that I hoped the AC was working well. The person at the front desk said that he would turn on the room AC and it would be cold when I arrived. He not only had the room ready, but he also asked the next AM if the room was cold enough! I've traveled a lot as an engineer in multiple countries, but I rarely recall staff ever following up to make sure all was well »

« The place itself wasn't terrible, but I got woke up twice with terrible strong smell of weed. It was so strong it hurt my lungs. I have no idea who was smoking, but I didn't get very much sleep the night I was there. I ended up leaving around 4am because of it. Also it would be nice to arrive to a cool room if it's over 100° outside instead of entering a sauna. Other than that the place was decent for the price. Thank you. »

« The "breakfast included" turned out to be very sparse, basically waffle maker waffles and a bit of cereal. No whole grain options, toast, bagels etc. »
