Walked around saying "hello"? Finally someone emerged from the back, never said a word to us, just handed us a key card. Went up to the room, all was well until 730 am when people and children were slamming doors, yelling in the hallway, running up and down the hall screaming...at 730 am on a SUNDAY. This went on for an hour when we finally gave up trying to sleep and went downstairs for breakfast. Then checked out...again NO ONE at the front desk. If theres a group at the hotel, maybe dont put people outside the group on the same floor? No one at the front desk at any time. Pool and workout rooms never had towels. Ran out of soap in the shower. Battery in clock dead in workout room. Attention to details lacking for a place under the Hilton brand and compared with other Hamptons we stay in. We’ve stayed in this Hampton for the last three years but will explore other options on our next visit as the quality seems to be diminished. I’m okay with any business attempting to save pennies but places that keep my loyalty will save money that doesn’t affect service. ![This sign was at the desk the entire visit. We did not eat the breakfast because we were too grossed out by the cleanliness of the hotel.
