The mattress was very comfortable. The room was quiet. The breakfast was a bonus. The bathroom sink was not cleaned well. There was a white powder, maybe cleanser on the sink that wasn't wiped away. The lobby rug looked dirty.

The first night when I got there, the deadbolt had been kicked off the door at some point. I assume it was because someone kicked in their own door at some point, but if the alternative was someone broke in, it doesn't necessarily make you feel safe not knowing. I went to the front desk to ask if there were any other rooms (since it said there were quite a few available online) and without even looking up from her phone she told me no. I was going to push, but already felt dismissed and just went back to my room. Everything was okay, but that initial instance set the tone for the rest of the stay. Other staff I encountered were friendly, the poor star only reflects my first, quite negative interaction.
