We did not have the best stay on this trip. The toilet did not work in the first room so we needed to relocate to another room. The nightstand lamp did not work. The remote did not turn the tv off. The tv volume maximim setting was barely sufficient to hear it from the bed. The room was on the first floor with the window facing the back parking lot; each morning around daybreak the big trucks would idle loudly for 20 minutes. The shower sounded like a huge whistling tea kettle for some unknown reason. The indoor pool was not open. The staff was very attentive and courteous to meet our needs. The breakfast was good and the lady that keeps everything fully stocked and clean was very friendly and efficient. Overall, this Holiday Inn Express was good for the nightly rate but needs some TLC.

Room was in good condition.. Asked for towels to be exchanged on Saturday to front desk person, did not happen. I had to get them myself from the cleaning lady on Sunday who was very helpful. Worst of all, could not use the exercise room because their was a problem with the door for my entire stay

The service and cleanliness was great. It would be nice for a place outside to hang out with family and friends. The pool was nice but no where to meet and hang out with people traveling together.
