The room had several things damaged including the smoke detector which was hanging from the ceiling by exposed wires. One of the drawers in the dresser was completely missing. The sprinkler was also hanging out of the wall and not mounted properly. However, the room was clean and quiet and for a bargain price was adequate and serviceable. The jacuzzi did not work, but the clerk told us that when we checked in, and we weren't looking to use that anyway. All told, it is a good buy, for bare-bones motel/housing. The only problem we had was that the driveway is after the crest of a hill and somewhat obscured, but that was not terribly problematic.
