« The air conditioning was two window units and they worked very well, we ended up turning off the living room because it was kind of chilly. The one in the bedroom was a bit loud. « Host was very pleasant and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable, very spacious first floor. Convenient to University of Dayton. Only one bathroom upstairs but very spacious and clean.The stairs are a bit steep but other than that very comfortable and cozy with good amenities. Would definitely stay again. »
