The neighborhood was pretty quiet, but there was an occasional loud car that drove by. The stairs are a little steep, but we were able to get up them just fine. There was a humming sound that we noticed mainly at night, but we think that must have just been the AC kicking on. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were other miscellaneous toiletries and a hair dryer as well. Beds were comfortable and clean. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. Tristin was super accommodating when I needed to add an additional day last minute. Tristin also was super quick with his replies. Did not want to spend a ton of money for just a few days, so this was perfect in terms of value. The only complaint on our end would be the uncomfortable bed which appeared to have a layer of egg crate foam on top of a thin mattress. Our backs were hurting by the end of it.
