I was very concerned because they never answered the phone before my trip i want make sure i had a parking stop thankfully they had parking available beside that everything was fine. It was a good place to stay

I had an incident that occurred their and is a very serious matter ive wrote a letter and plan to explain the details to you , unfortunately i m not pleased with this stay and going to request a total refund for the unfortunate events that occurred the Hygiene was very poor but other than that not everything about the hotel was bad certain things were lovely but overall the stay was rather deceiving

Foi tudo muito bom, porem tivemos um problema que roubaram do nosso quarto alguns itens de valor, e o café podia ser melhor um pouco. O quarto era bem espaçoso arrumado. Foi tranquilo no geral, tirando esse incidente de sumir as coisas assim.

O quarto sujo, teia de aranha nas paredes. Cortinas com mofo, chão sujo, banheiro com limo e sujo. Toalhas péssimas, lençóis manchados. Sem contar com o terrível atendimento do recepcionista, um senhor muito mau educado. O preço do estacionamento super faturado.

Hotel sem higiene adequada
Quarto horrível com cortinas e paredes imundas. Roupas de cama velhas e sem higiene adequada, banheiro imundo deu nojo de tomar banho, sem ventilação e um cheiro horrível, as toalhas encardidas e o ambiente do café da manhã todo bagunçado. Não recomendo esse hotel e não volto nem de graça!
