"After checking in and entering our room #421 the room felt warmer than the AC unit stating 64*. We were gone most of the day Friday but when we returned the room was very warm. I just assumed the AC unit would eventually cool the room down some. Around midnight the unit showed FO (Freon out) so the rest of the night we sweated it out. Saturday I inform the clerk at the desk and he did have a new unit put in while we were gone. The two drawers to the desk/dresser would not stay closed. I will say that all the stay were friendly."

"My sheets on both beds were not clean/dirty. I had to go to the store and buy sheets and towels to use. I had a do not disturb sign on my door, and someone tried to enter my room while I was in the shower. I called the front desk and asked about it, the clerk said no one tried to enter my room, but I know for a fact that someone tried to come into my room. When I told him this, he got very defensive and showed no concern at all. He continued to deny it. When I asked if they had security cameras, he became very quiet but still showed not concern about the fact that some tried to enter my room uninvited. I considered moving to another hotel but decided against it because my God, The Father, watches over me. That is why I had the added protection/security in the first place. It made me aware that someone had tried to get into my room while I was in the shower."

"The air conditioner was good, the staff was nice an the room was clean, i did not have cable tv but that was fine with me the room did have wifi I only stayed for the 25th an 26th i checked out early instead of check out on the 27th im still waiting on my my refund since i booked 2nights an i only stayed 1 night 🌙 It was awesome 👌 👏 "

"It was the grand!! Over the 10 plus years I’ve been staying here, it really needs to be upgraded. You can smell the musky smell on the carpet the second day after all the air fresheners wear off, etc. i checked in at 6 pm and they had to call and make sure my room was ready?????? It’s supposed to be ready at 3. Bar was closed on Saturday night! They still serve breakfast like they did during the Covid thing. I’ve literally watched this place go down since pre covid. The breakfast used to be awesome. Now mediocre. Elevators make noise, kinda sketchy. The whole place needs to be be renovated with carpet, elevators serviced, bars in the elevators were loose, I can go on and on but man, we got a good deal and it just sucks to literally watch this place go down. At least fix the elevators and change that smelly carpet . Mattress are old, pillows are cheap."

"It is an older hotel but the staff is wonderful!!! Friendly, helpful, professional, and very friendly! The lobby and breakfast area are amazing. Our room was clean, air conditioner worked great, beds were great, bathroom clean and nice. It wasn’t fancy, but was clean and comfortable and safe! We will definitely come back!!! The breakfast lady was amazing!!! Food was great."
