"We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable, with private outdoor space. Gorgeous grounds, with views of the red rocks in the distance. Quiet, peaceful, a ton of amenities and things to do for families, central location with easy access to shopping, dining, and all points of interest. Helpful staff. Would happily stay here again. It would be nice if gym were accessible 24/7."

"Clean room, staff let us check in early without asking. The pool and hot tubs were clean and very accessible. Pool was larger than expected but definitely not as large as pictured. One thing I really did not like was that there was a very pushy person at the front desk trying to sell us a time share. He was both trying to be friendly but also rude when we turned down the 'opportunity' to sit in a 1.5 hour presentation about the timeshare. The interaction felt very scammy. "

"The ULTIMATE Sedona retreat just so peaceful and clean and Modern the rooms are impeccable. The whole hotel feels like a spa. it’s also amazing that the spa amenities are included like the hot tub sauna and steam room. The pool is lovely too- small but great. staff go above and beyond- cruz at the front desk gave my son sparkling cider and allowed him to pick one item from the gift shop for his birthday. Would recommend 100% and we cannot wait to return."

"Rooms are clean and in good condition, I think the best part is the location. That’s what is worth the stay. The pool was pretty dirty with bugs and debris, the hot tub had to be cleaned from someone having spilled something (not the hotels fault) but could have used some maintenance regardless. Overall a really good place. Would def stay again. "
