Great location! Room is spacious. Beds, bedding and linen are very comfortable. Beautiful grounds with easy entry and exit. Breakfast was sufficient and efficient. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was a beautiful hotel with a free mini bar. The hotel was beautiful!! The staff were very friendly and kind. It is located in the heart of old town, perfect distance to everything. I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone traveling to Chiang Mai!!

The location is very convenient, however the hotel is beginning to show its age as the rooms are dated. The room lighting etc are all controlled via a central unit in both the bedroom and lounge. As for the desk in the bedroom there is only one wall plug and that was used for power the WIFI router with no additional USB type connectors.
How does one use and charge a laptop etc.?
The shower door was a poor fit with water leaking onto the floor, i won't mention the shower rose either, something that would be more fitting in a two star hotel.
Plus the constant ticking noise from the water pipes.
The carpeting within the lifts is poorly fitting and really does need to be replaced.
So would I stay again, probability due in part due to its location.
