"Lovely property close to the historic center of Lexington. We could do the Lincoln Lexington walking tour right from our front door and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy drive to Keeneland racetrack and local horse farms. The property is tastefully decorated with a very well equipped kitchen, off-road covered parking and small outdoor area. We loved it."

"We had 11 Adults and an infant. Everyone had a bed. Everything was in perfect working order in a good neighborhood. Folks out walking dogs and kids playing with other kids. Everyone seemed friendly. Close to shopping centers and food places. The cleaning team missed a few areas but we easily took care of it ourselves with minimal effort. There are many extras provided. Paper towels, TP and coffee items. I would rent here again."

"The place was in a good location to downtown Lexington but it was not newly renovated like it was advertised. Backyard fence had broken boards and lawn was not mowed. However the place was clean and the stay was fine."

"We booked this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. There was so much to do here. The weather was perfect so we were outside a lot. Most of our time was spent in the beautiful pool and hot tub. There was also a tree house and trampoline that the kids enjoyed. Our host had prepared the fire pit for us so we enjoyed and evening around the fire. It was a perfect 4 days! The host lived close and was very helpful. "Apparently they are sharing WiFi with another unit. After 4 hours they were able to get a hold of the other renters and have them reboot the router. They advertised that they offered Hulu and other services which to them means that the tv had that app where you could log into your own account. Disappointing. The unit was okay, beds were noisy and not very comfortable. There were stray hairs in the shower wall and bathroom wall. It was well located but we decided to drive to the distillery...

"The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed!"

"This house was a great spot if you want to visit the local distilleries. It was a short drive! The hosts were very responsive when we had an issue with the microwave, as well as surprising us with a Birthday Ballon. Very nice little touches. We would stay again"

"Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk."

"Good value for stay in Lexington. We came in for our son’s soccer tournament and it was nice to all have our own room and have a fenced backyard for our dog. We took advantage of the location and did some shopping and eating downtown."
