Please take this review seriously, my wife and i spent 5 nights at this hotel and i cannot tell you just how amazing this experience brought us joy. The staff was absolutely outstanding, big shout outs to Bruna, Sofia, Suraya and Thomas for their outstanding service. The rooms and amenities are impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding, the spa outstanding, the location, outstanding. I travel quite a bit and can tell you that this was a true 5 star stay.

Our stay was amazing. Our five year anniversary was made so special by the staff. Everyone was so lovely and so helpful. When we arrived we initially thought the hotel was empty because it was so quiet and we didn't see anyone until breakfast in the restaurant. Breakfast was beautiful, every morning we woke up excited to go down and eat. The staff at breakfast were so helpful and attentive. They remembered our coffee order each morning and really seemed happy to see us.
The reception team were wonderful, so helpful with restaurant bookings and helping us with transfers. I can honestly say the only mistake I made when booking this hotel was not staying longer.

Great location. Except for the fact there is a massive building project on the adjoining wall. It would have been nice to know that before booking. As at 0800 the Roto Hammer’s start a massive concert is n jackhammering noises. And this project will be ongoing for some time. If this would have been known before hand? I wouldn’t have booked. As I spent a lifetime in construction and wanted to leave the noise behind me. In affection, the A/c is more of a suggestion as it wouldn’t cool the room off as it should. I also ended up having to empty the water collection for the a/c 3 times. If not? There would have been gallons of water spilled on the floor. This was not disclosed about having to preform preventative maintenance. Check in? Was after 1500, not by much, but then they are strict about Che k out time they should be as strict about check in time. For the price? The value just wasn’t there.
