You don’t have to drive far to hike some truly fabulous Oregon forests. The only drawbacks were that there is no dishwasher, no disposal, and the water tasted and smelled like sulfur. It was pretty intense. However, we tried to stay out in the gorgeous forests more than the house so it was a perfect homebase. We really appreciate the proximity to Mount Hood and the giant TVs for when our leg muscles wanted to give out. It made us wonder just how clean the towels and linens were. Very cozy cute cabin. The loft was very high and definitely not easy to get in and out of but still was able to use the bed. Kitchen was functional and no other issues. The driveway was very muddy with a bunch of big holes and the yard was very muddy which wasn’t fun to clean my dog up every time. Would have loved if grass was out down in the backyard. Hot tub was great.
