Room was terrible, one face cloth, mattress was hard ,pillows extra small. Breakfast was ok

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When my husband and I went to check in, we were asked if we could be moved to a king suite with a pull out couch. We figured that should be ok. We could make the king sized bed work. It was a crowded run. The bed was a very small king (a little bigger than a queen but not much) so I slept on the pull out couch. That was like sleeping in a box spring. So needless to say, I didn’t sleep. The hot tub was so gross! You could see all the dead skin floating around and when you turned the jets in, it was all dirty skin pooled together. I mentioned this all to the gal at the counter when we checked out and she fluffed it off. No matter the angle or hire upset we were, she was Not giving us any kind of discount! We were so disappointed and tired when we left! We will not be staying there again! It would be equivalent to a travel lodge or super 8 but without the breakfast! And for $200 for less than 24 hours (check in 4:00pm check out 11:00am) was a complete rip off for what we got!
