Staff was great! The hotel is under some much needed renovations. The room was nice and clean. Would recommend more towels and coffee in rooms as we constantly had to call down for more supplies. Would also love the smart TV to be on wifi so we could stream shows. We aren’t big “live” tv people. Breakfast appeared to be a continental breakfast but they were charging $22 a person which seemed steep for a buffet.

The staff at the Hilton is excellent and caring. Five stars for attitude and helpfulness. The location is a few short blocks from Midtown Plaza (great shopping) and many eclectic stores in the area. There are a ton of good restaurants! All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!
