« L'isolation acoustique ( insonorisation ) devrait être prise en considération. Bien que jouissant des activités du Zocalo,le bruit des bars et du quartier rend très difficile le sommeil. Pendant notre séjour de plus d'une semaine le bruit cessait vers 2 h voire même 3 heure du matin. »

« El personal muy atento, amable y servicial pero las instalaciones bastante viejas. La regadera tenia oxido del agua por fuga. Los frascos de shampoo, crema y acondicionador eran bastante pocos para una familia de 4\. La regadera era de cortina y solo llegaba abajo de las rodillas por lo que salpicaba todo el piso y se hacia un deorden ademas podría haber un accidente, alguien se resbale. No tenían costurero basico en recepcion. El aire acondicionado era viejo. La limpieza de la recamara era...

« Mise à part la façade qui est propre et l’entree De l’hotel , nous avions réservé une chambre sur le site qui était correcte, celle-ci n’avait pas de fenêtre, la pomme de douche bouchée , la cuve des wc ne se remplissait pas , obliger de régler ces problèmes par nous même, très décevant »
