Clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, close to the Zócolo and malecón, and has a pool. I will stay here again next time I visit Veracruz! Only improvement I would appreciate is a jacuzzi.

The hotel itself it's clean the morning staff Letty was friendly helpful and polite but the evening staff lady on the other hand was rude and very Curt. The room smell like mold, mildew and oder couldn't put my finger on the right word there was mold on the walls. the AC control is only one speed. You can hear everything from the rooms above to the side and below you. I couldn't get a good night's sleep the three nights I stay there because it was so loud and noisy.

The service was ok in general, in spite of minor shortcomings, in particular poor hot water in the bathroom at night. However, the most relevant issue in general was that I was charged twice for taxes when paying online with Expedia: the original price for 4 nights included taxes, but when looking at the final price for the room that I booked I was charged again with taxes!!! Please, check this issue! Thanks.

El hotel es funcional aunque un poco venido a menos. El mobiliario de la habitación es insuficiente. El trato del personal es correcto pero frío (¡lo único con esa temperatura en Veracruz!)

Hotel aceptable contraté 2 habitaciones pero en una de ellas había muchas hormigas, me cambiaron de habitación y estuvo peor el asunto ese cuarto tenía hormigas y otros bichitos en las paredes, como había alquilado 2 noches esa noche ya no me cambiaron la habitación porque ya había ocupado los servicios, pero al siguiente día nos volvieron a cambiar la habitación y ya todo estuvo bien. Buen hotel, accesible, el buffet lo siento pobre en cuanto a alimentos para lo que pagas por persona, pero pues compensa que el personal en general es muy atento y servicial.
