« This apartment was awesome. Very well thought out and three of my favorite things: dark bedroom, cool bedroom and a quiet home. Very secure and met all of our needs for the one night we stayed there. My husband would have loved to stay several more days if he could to see more of the area. It was beautiful. « I hate the star system. The Humboldt Abode was absolutely lovely except for a few things. First, the good. Absolutely beautiful property, gorgeous backyard beach, lovely inside with nearly everything one would need. Neat with personal accents, nothing over the top. Quaint, peaceful. The not-so-perfect included very slight uncleanliness in shower area, that the futon bed included two mattresses running parallel with the headboard, so my husband's butt regularly sank into where the two came...

« The room was incredibly clean and immediately gave a comfy home vibe, as if I'd always lived there. The staff were kind and friendly, and the community in Shelter Cove overall were a treat to interact with.
The Inn is right on the coast, so your backyard is basically a glorious view of the ocean and local wildlife via birds.
The pizza place attached to the inn was pretty good, and though I didn't try the Bistro food, the staff helped me find the person I needed to check out with.
