« Dans l’ensemble c’est correct, nous avons eu une chambre pas propre au sol, la réceptionniste a été très conciliante et nous en a proposé 2 autres qui était mieux, malheureusement toujours pas propre. Elle a fait une demande express pour qu’une personne vienne nettoyer au plus vite. Un gentille personne est venue et c’était très propre. "Hôtel en travaux… certaines chambres n’étaient accessibles que par des planches sur du ciment tout juste posé Nous notre chambre était grande ouverte quand on arrive, avec des travailleurs obligés d’arrêter le chantier devant la situation gênante de savoir si l’on pouvait fermer la porte ou non Dommage de proposer des chambres dans ce contexte, avec des travaux qui reprennent dès 7h30 le matin Une fermeture d’une journée aurait pu être appréciable pour les clients"
