"The outside grounds were covered in garbage and needle caps. When we checked in at 6pm, the man who checked us in was rude and i dint appreciate him in anyway. Our toilet was loose and not connected to the floor, our door was also covered in something sticky. Not the experience we ar3 use to at an Oxford property."

"Room was clean but we were kicked out of the pool (which is a big reason of why we stayed at this hotel) early because other kids didn’t listen. Staff were overwhelmed and rude. "

"Hotel staff was pleasant. I booked the jacuzzi tub suite. The tub is just a normal size if not even shorter than normal but extra deep with jacuzzi jets. It only fits one person and you can’t lay in it. Not worth the extra money. There is a train that runs at night from about 3 to 4 AM and honks a horn the entire time. And overall, I would say the rooms don’t have any soundproofing. I was on the second floor and I could hear people loudly all night long. The casino is pretty much all smoking and smells horrible. For some reason staff rarely is emptying the ashtrays. If you want sodas or coffee, you have to ask a staff member because there isn’t just a station to get them yourself and there is very little staff. The food in the restaurant was okay, not good or great. Also expensive for a cigarette stinky casino mainly frozen foods place. "

"Overall very good. The man running the breakfast buffet was especially friendly and proficeint. Only complaint was the room temperature control which could not be changed from 72 F"

"Breakfast was amazing and the entire staff was super friendly and over the top helpful. Even got a breakfast bag Togo as we left super early. Highly recommend this hotel. Will visit again if I am passing through. "
