The house was excellent. All the rooms were roomy. We could of definitely had 3 or 4 more people and not been cramped. Patio was awesome . Everything we needed was there. Had a couple of questions and Mellisa responded very quickly. Would rent this house again.

A perfect getaway! We were in Redding for the first time for a wedding. This home exceeded our expectations! The bedrooms were spacious, beds were firm and sheets and pillows comfortable after a long hot day of travel. The living space was large and inviting with enough places for everyone to spread out. The bonus was the shaded patio! Such a comofrtable space to have morning coffee together. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The little details(extra blankets, comfy throws and pillows and decore) made this a spot we look forward to staying at again!

Cascade Retreat

This was our second stay at this property. The location is very close to I-5, but in a quiet little subdivision. Shopping, gas, and restaurants are very close by. Plenty of bedrooms and beds for a larger group to stretch out and feel comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with all the pots, pans, storage dishes and utensils you might need. Backyard space is lovely with a nice gas grill. Overall, we enjoy staying at this property when visiting family in the area and would absolutely stay again. Thanks!

This house definitely felt like home! It was 112 degrees at check in time so it was amazing to walk in and the a/c was on. There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Our family can’t wait to visit again! Each part of our family plans on staying here any time we are in town and we will tell all of our friends on the coast about it as well. The host seems fantastic too!

Great Family Vacation Back Home!

We lived in the area years ago and met up from different states to have a nice family vacation at “home”. Our whole group thoroughly enjoyed the house! We had three adults and two teenagers. It was perfect to each have our own bedrooms and a couple bathrooms to share, plus there was plenty of room in the living room and dining room for everyone to hang out. Very clean, well-stocked in all departments (kitchen, towels, etc) and we were even able to stay in one night and have a fun family game night with the games at the house. We had a great time and I definitely recommend!
