Burney Falls. This cozy cabin is a fisherman/outdoorsman's dream getaway. Hat Creek runs through the backside of this beautiful property. Cabin sits in a quiet neighborhood within a short distance to world class fishing such as Pit River, Fall River, Baum Lake, Crystal Lake, Big Lake, Lake Britton. Burney falls is only a 15 minute drive. Pacific Crest Trail, Subway Caves. Mount Shasta, Mount Lassen in close proximity. A one hour drive to Mount Shasta Ski Park for winter fun, including sledding, Ice skating and skiing. The cabin is charming, comfortable, and serene with an incredible view of the mountains and water on the lower part of the property.
