Generally great, but parking is an issue. No validation for the garage next to the hotel, all-day full price for a 2-3 hour park on Sunday. They said they’re working on it- the hotel has only been open 4 months. Location good- close enough to walk to Harvard Square (a longish walk), short drives to most places in Boston (if you’re not from the area, you’ll need really good GPS- the streets are notoriously difficult to negotiate, and rightfully so). The restaurant was excellent (pricey) and the service very attentive, though they could have responded a bit quicker to mid meal requests, the bane of most servers (been there, done that). Overall, for a brand-new hotel, excellent. Would definitely go back.

Excellent property that is centrally located in Beacon Hill. Amazing staff and the rooms were very clean. Try taking one of their complimentary bikes out for a ride!

It is exactly what a premier property should be. Book with confidence. The rooms are fantastic!

Do yourself a favor and stay here the rooms are not incredibly updated, but they are incredibly clean and well-maintained and the overall aesthetic of the place is top shelf, but the glowing star of the entire place are the Jamaican staff that run the place you will not find nicer people that are more accommodating and friendly not to mention the café is a 10 out of 10 highly recommend this place also lots of parking
