It was very clean except for the kitchen floor which should have been washed. The kitchen is very modern with excellent appliances but living room and tv room were too small to accommodate 8 people. The on line description could have been more accurate. There were 2 TVs with cable while we were initially told that there were no TVs. We were also told that there were no beach chairs and there were two. No umbrella though.
