« This is an old house that is made to look nice with high end looking finishes but the work and amenities are not high end or even nice or clean. The beds and pillows (even headboard?) were well worn and I didn’t want to use them. There was a spot to put a 2x4 board to fortify the back door. The neighborhood was obviously rough. « The house is great! Everyone got their own room. The recording studio and game console gave us some entertainment. Lots of space for food prep and dining. »

« This was my first time even doing VRBO and I was so disappointed. The house was completely dirty, items left in the fridge from previous tenant. Trash left in the bathrooms. Internet was not working I communicated with the host and she pretty much in so many words was like oh well and told me to keep trying to reset the device. The house was freezing could only adjust temporarily because it was connected to WiFi which was not working and the battery was low. I really should get compensated for...

« This house is well decorated and very inviting. Bryan was a superb host and very responsive. We both absolutely loved the beds; they were very comfortable. The kitchen was great. It had everything that we needed. We were close to the Arrowhead Stadium. This was important to us because we came for the Chiefs v. Broncos game.We really enjoyed the showers with the rain-like shower heads. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, lotion and shampoo. »

« The stay overall went well and was a good location for our visit. My only complaints were that it could’ve been a little cleaner and that the finishes seemed very DIY/thrown together. Flooring had gaps and bowed in places that could be a trip hazard. Overall it has potential to be a great place to stay, just needs a few tweaks. »

« The kitchen was well stocked with essential utensils. The fridge is amazing - large, with ice maker. We enjoyed the open flow of the dining/lounge/living room area. We even had space to open a folding table to do a jigsaw puzzle. The beds are comfortable and rooms nicely decorated. Bathrooms are upstairs and down, so very convenient. We will be back! »
