"There were roaches in the bathroom. I got rid of 2. However when. I went to take a shower there was another one on the wall of the tub/shower area. I won’t be back I’m so grossed out."

"The restroom in my room was clogged, which was very inconvenient. I asked the front desk for help because I urgently needed to leave for my child’s school, but they were not helpful. The staff member simply said someone would come to fix it and was quite rude in his response. I also requested temporary access to another room for 10–15 minutes, but that was refused. While the room itself was otherwise good, the restroom was not well maintained—there was no soap provided for the shower. On a positive note, the breakfast was good, and the staff in the breakfast area were courteous and helpful. However, my experience with the front desk was disappointing due to the lack of assistance and rude behavior."

It really gives you that peaceful, welcoming vibe that makes you feel relaxed right away.The location is perfect if you’re visiting Claremont. It’s close to everything you need, but still quiet enough to enjoy some downtime. The unit itself is great—it has everything you need to feel comfortable and at home, whether you’re staying for a short trip or a longer visit. Everything was clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully set up.What really made the experience even better were the hosts. They’re genuinely kind, good people who make you feel welcome and taken care of without being overbearing. That kind of hospitality goes a long way.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Between the beautiful surroundings, the comfortable unit, and the great hosts, it’s definitely a spot we’d come back to. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

"This place was wonderful! The breakfast was varied, good, and you can take it to this beautiful setting on an outdoor patio. Leisurely and peaceful. The staff was incredibly helpful - with some tech issues I had, giving me tips about getting to LAX, and getting around in general. The front desk people knew what they were talking about and very gracious, kind and knowledgable. I would stay here any time I am in Claremont and recommend it highly. "

"Creo que se requiere tener un espejo de cuerpo completo, y ayudaría cobija extra o frazadas. Esta muy bien que cuenta con muchos productos como jabón de ropa etc pero creo que ayudarían más otros que no hay como bolsas de basura extras (solo estaba la puesta en el bote de la basura y en el bote del baño no había ni puesta), ese es un básico. Es un lugar nuevo, bonito y moderno, en general nos gusto mucho."

"Very new, clean, fitness area and very large/nice community/club room that seemed hardly used. In room laundry was nice. Had issues checking, though to be fair that was probably mostly my fault. The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder. "

"Check in was simple and the kitchen was spacious. It could use some additional tools - mixing bowl and kitchen towels sepcifically. There are no towel bars or hooks for bath towels, this was a serious issue with 5 of us and nowhere to hang towels to dry. I'd also suggest you provide "pool" towels since there is a hot tub. The overall space was perfect and the updates were very nice. It was super comfortable for our family of 5 and we were able to host other family members for dinner and fun in the game room afterwards. "
