"Fourth building is not updated"

"The outside of the property looks beautiful...then you get inside your room and it is a dump. My first room faced the freeway. The room stunk and was very dirty. It seemed like the people in the rooms next to me lived there and it sounded like the people on the 2nd floor were going to crash through the ceiling because the floor was so thin and creaked. The beds were hard as a rock. They moved me to the 2nd floor facing the pool. The room was slightly dirty. The walls need to be washed and repainted. Grout in the bathroom needs to be professionally cleaned. A couple of the towels had hair stuck on them. 1 bed was comfortable and the other was not. The pillows are extremely hard and uncomfortable. No toiletries other than a bar of hand soap. The walls are paper thin so we heard the phone conversations of the room to our right and we could hear what the neighbor to our left was watching at night plus we could hear the conversations he was having with his chaperone group when they would come to his room at night and in the morning. I had interactions with 4 different people working the front desk. 2 were polite and 2 seemed like they hated their jobs. 1 of the men who seemed to hate his job was laying on the lobby couch playing on his phone; very unprofessional, and when I walked outside, his coworker was sweeping up the parking lot and working very hard. I never felt unsafe, but I don't think I'll stay here again unless it's my last option "

"Creo que se requiere tener un espejo de cuerpo completo, y ayudaría cobija extra o frazadas. Esta muy bien que cuenta con muchos productos como jabón de ropa etc pero creo que ayudarían más otros que no hay como bolsas de basura extras (solo estaba la puesta en el bote de la basura y en el bote del baño no había ni puesta), ese es un básico. Es un lugar nuevo, bonito y moderno, en general nos gusto mucho."

"Very new, clean, fitness area and very large/nice community/club room that seemed hardly used. In room laundry was nice. Had issues checking, though to be fair that was probably mostly my fault. The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder. "

"We had a fantastic experience at Claremont ADU. Our hosts were friendly, attentive and responsive. Communication was always friendly and prompt, and any issues were immediately addressed and resolved. The guest house is immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully supplied. A wonderful indoor and outdoor oasis that is perfect for a short or long term stay. Walking distance to the Claremont Colleges and Village and tucked in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access and centrally located in the heart of the community. We were here for approximately 5 weeks and felt welcomed, pampered and grateful for this "home away from home". The wi-fi worked perfectly and the smart TV included multiple apps and streaming options. The bed was comfortable and extra blankets were available. Having a washer/dryer was a huge advantage for our extended stay as well. The kitchen appliances, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery were all top notch. We highly recommend this cozy rental."
