Location is excellent! Staff was very nice!

From the Bell boys to the concierge staff ,the entire hotel and service were amazing. I’m so happy I decided to go here with my kids . We had an awesome time.

The scenery was beautiful and the weather was good, so our group arrived with great excitement, but the fountain at the entrance gate was broken, and in one bedroom, water was dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the floor was soaking wet, and the floor had not been cleaned, so it was dirty with grime, and there were no towels in the bathroom except for shampoo. I think they are very lax in their management.

Such a pretty resort! Staff are friendly and so welcoming. Pools are clean and food options are great. I highly recommend.

Gabriel and Omar were wonderful to ensure that my stay at the hotel would be nice. There was a mix up in the room that I booked and they both went above and beyond to relocate me to room that had the ocean view that I booked along with a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The property needs to be updated but it was clean and presentable. The sliding door in my room fell off the track on 2 different days. Omar had maintenance come by each time to repair it. The restaurants were ok. The adult pool, walking on the beach and the ocean view were great. Overall, I had a nice time especially for the price. Big Thank You to Gabriel, Omar, the waiters, bartenders, maids and the rest of the staff—there were AMAZING.
