"Very friendly and efficient staff during our visit. The room was comfortable but not warm despite the air con/heater. The hot buffet breakfast wasn’t great but are they ever? Eggs cooked to order were perfect though. The food at dinner was pretty good and well cooked but the menu was quite limited. The menu size matched the hotel size really and overall we had no complaints. Would definitely stay there again."

"We celebrated our 42nd Anniversary with an amazing seaview room with a balcony and complementary drinks. "I love these type of B&B’s. This B&B is steeped in history built in the 18th century, On the land owned by the Spencer family, Vincent Van Gogh also lived on the square, so this is not a modern hotel if that’s what you’re looking for, it has steep stairs and smallish rooms, but is full of character, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hospitality was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious, the pub on the corner is very friendly and only a short walk to the beach."
