Great city centre location. Lovely rooms, service and food (breakfast). The only drawback to the location being that it was very noisy at night - parties 2 doors down until 3am. But, no fault of the hotel. However, I would recommend the hotel otherwise.

Centrally located hotel with a nice bar which had live jazz music on Friday afternoons. The rooms seem fairly new in their decor and there was a nice comfortable bed. We were given the option of taking an accessible room as we booked very last minute and it was incredibly spacious and we didn't hear any noise. We didn't eat in the hotel.

Staff was very pleasant but we were disappointed with our stay. Our room and that part of the hotel had a strong smell of damp. Also, we had cold showers both mornings as the hot water wasn't working. They told us it was fixed after the first day but we didn't have any hot water the next day either.

We didn’t have telly for 4 nights. Kept reporting it. The plug had frayed wires. But just wasn’t reported. We had one meal of a trio of steak, couldn’t cut let alone eat it. Very disappointed, didn’t eat in hotel again. Staff were polite and hotel was in good location.
