What wonderful accommodation

My partner and I stayed for one night and it was one of the best stays Ive experienced in the UK. Beautiful grounds, wonderful room which was very clean. Lovely staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. I cannot fault it, wonderful place to stay.

Amazing property with wonderful hosts. Such a beautiful house and lovely big sized rooms and bathroom. The property is kept to a very high standard both inside and outside. The rooms are decorated to a really high quality and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts are so friendly and make the stay even more enjoyable. Parking is easy and lots of it. The cooked and non cooked options at breakfast were absolutely delicious. Great place and highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Goss Hall was outstanding. Maggie, the owner, greeted us warmly upon arrival. The room was charming with lots of personal touches like tea/coffee/bottled water /biscuits/white robes. The room had a view of the fields and pond. The room was so bright and fresh in its decoration and absolutely spotless. Our breakfast was so delicious with fresh berries, a choice of multiple hot dishes, and pastries and yogurt. We loved everything about our stay. We plan to return again soon. A lovely oasis for any getaway. Truly a unique place and definitely the best place we have stayed in the UK. Thanks, Maggie! Regards, Jim and Kristen Waldron

Beautiful farmhouse with lovely views. We had a lovely stay at Goss Hall, which is about 4 miles from the historic town of Sandwich. Fantastic warm welcome from our host who arranged to book at table for dinner for us at the Kings Arms Hotel in Sandwich. This was a fantastic recommendation. Our room was huge with a separate en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath and patio doors onto a small terrace. A very peaceful room and space overlooking farmland and the Goss Hall duckpond and stream. The breakfast selection was brilliant and very very tasty. The portions are large and satisfying.

A beautiful property in a lovely location. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and a fabulous green woodpecker, which was quite close to our bedroom window) and kept us entertained. We will be back.

Staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - we hadn't booked taxis in advance to and from a wedding and Maggie managed to find us one at short notice. Great touches in the room such biscuits and bottled water. Rooms were big and light/airy. Such a lovely B&B in the middle of Kent. Will be returning for a longer stay next time.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with very nice utilities. There is lovely river with beautiful garden and peaceful scenes. If you want peace and relaxation this is a great place to retreat. The breakfast presented in a very inspired and well thought out presentation and tasted fantastic. The croissant tasted fresh and all the strawberry and berry fruits were sweet. " This is a place to be proud of.. ". We were met by Maggie who was a charming, happy welcoming person. The whole experience was relaxed and quiet it a great place to take a break away in the great countryside.

This is a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the coach house - which is separate from the main house (literally a 1 minute walk from it for breakfast) - and it was lovely. There was a seating area by the lake where we were able to enjoy a few glasses of Prosecco before going to dinner. I recommend it.

Belle maison à la campagne.

L’établissement est dans un état impeccable et très beau. Maggie est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Le petit-déjeuner fabuleux. Seulement il faut savoir que la localisation est en plein campagne au milieu de nulle part mais près de petites villes. Pour les amants de calme et nature comme nous c’est l’endroit idéal.

I thought that this property out shines its reviews. It is extremely friendly, relaxing and welcoming. It's old fashioned in the sense that it is a traditional B&B. No bar or eating establishment other than breakfast and that is why we booked it. To get fresh air, find a local pub for dinner and get the best nights sleep of our lives. I would go back just to wake up to that view and the breakfast.
