Dear Mark,It sounds like you had a generally positive experience during your stay, despite a few minor inconveniences. The firmness of the mattress and the lack of a microwave were noted as issues, but we do have other room tupes that do have microwaves and even ones with kitchens. It's understandable that the requirement for complete nudity in the Japanese bath house might feel uncomfortable for some guests, but we need to be respectful of japanese traditions as well. However, it's great to hear that you enjoyed the bidet toilet and the deep soaking tub with adjacent shower. Regarding the location, navigating the double highway cloverleaf may have been a challenge, but overall, it seems like the hotel offered good value for your stay. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we hope you'll consider staying again in the future if softer mattresses are available.

Dear Wesley,We are very sorry that we could not proceed as you requested but our front desk manager Astrid, did talk to you and explained you that we cannot accuse and talk to another guest without sufficient proof of what happened. In this type of case, word against word would be a big mistake for everyone and I think that if you were accused by a guest for something, you would not like us to claim for something without having the evidence to do so. If you had come to the front desk at the time those guests were at the Ofuro, we would have gladly gone there with you and intervened in a different way, but without actual proof, there was not much we could do.

It's important for us to communicate properly with our guests and clearly the waiter didnt do so. Restaurant and kitchen are fumigated every 15 days and we have told our maintenance manager to check this out to investigate and resolve the issue, ensuring proper pest control measures are in place.Your feedback is valuable, and it helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service.
