Queen Street District Tours and Activities

Clean rooms but. No bottled water for drinking !!! Has to go out a block away to buy some. The amenities were spartan , Housekeeping staff was non existent, I requested for extra towels but it took 2 calls is the morning and they weren’t busy at all, Worse is that I put a dig. Out to clean or tidy up the room , but got back at 9 pm snd nothing was cleaned up I am looking for at least some credit for the inconvenience, it’s a shame device is poor, or no people at all,

The location was great and easy to get to from the train station. We would like to come back next year

Beautiful property and wonderful hospitality. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and everything was clean and well kept. Thank you to the whole team for a great stay. We'd happily come back.
