Where do I begin?!?!?! Let’s start off with the resort and the property. It’s beautiful!! From the moment you drive into the property you capture its beautiful grounds and can see some of the amenities the resort has. The bellhops, pools inner shopping mall are amazing. However, the food at the Market is horrible and cold. The suites need an update and not a coverup. Especially for the amount you pay to stay there. The food at Zen, the hibachi restaurant is served lukewarm and they give you no options. The food at the steakhouse Toro made me sick!!! The only hot food that I experienced was from their food trucks near the pool areas. It’s very difficult to get any reservations for some of their high end restaurants and the spa. The central pool always had debris floating in it. Even though the staff would clean it every morning.
